Abby was very professional and a very compassionate man he took me right in and took my laptop right in to fix after a little while I decided since there were lots of computers on sale right now that I would just buy a new one he allowed me to come pick up my computer with no charge he was gracious and I couldn't say more about his personality I thank him and wish him all the best

The repair took a little longer than I expected, but only because he ended up having to completely replace nearly half of my laptop. In the end, the wait was absolutely worth it. My MacBook is performing better than ever.
