Abby was very professional and a very compassionate man he took me right in and took my laptop right in to fix after a little while I decided since there were lots of computers on sale right now that I would just buy a new one he allowed me to come pick up my computer with no charge he was gracious and I couldn't say more about his personality I thank him and wish him all the best

Taking my Laptop to Abi was one of the worst mistakes I ever made! Before he even looked at the computer, he asked for a $150.00 in advance. Payments can only be in cash or zelle which was the first red flag. Next day Abi calls me saying that I needed a new hard-drive and that was terrible that my laptop only had 16GB, which I found strange. He was going to charge me another $100 for the hard-drive that he already had installed without contacting me. When I arrived, he handed me my old hard-drive that said it had 256GB (Abi lied). He wasn't able to retrieve anything from that hard-drive so it was like having a new computer since EVERYTHING WAS LOST. He said I could take to a professional to retrieve the data since that was something he can't do. Abi is very disorganized and because of that, I had to return because he gave me the wrong charger. After further analyzing the computer, I noticed that my mouse pad stopped working, not all screws were placed back on the computer and the rubber protector was missing. I return to him to correct the issues. Next day he tells me I need a new pad and he wants to charge me for it. I told him there was nothing wrong with the pad when I took it to him, I shouldn't have to pay for something that broke on his watch. I returned to get my items and find that the pad was working without having to order any parts. I noticed that was still missing screws but he said those are not needed. Why would HP put it there? I was so frustrated with the entire situation that I just took it with missing screws that HE LOST and the protector rubber that he damaged by sticking it to his desk. I haven't used the computer much since I lost everything that was in it but today I turn it on and my computer shows that the HARD-DRIVE IS NOT FOUND! Abi is the most expensive, disorganized and incapable computer technician I ever worked with. Highly recommend anyone to stay away!
UPDATE: Took my laptop to a real professional. He opened the laptop in front of me and showed me the new hard-drive that was installed by Abi. IT WASN'T EVEN SCREWED IN! Because of that, it got disconnected. Also other parts of the computer, not sure what I was looking at, but the wires were not fully connected. It was also confirmed that screws were missing. I now have to contact HP and see if they can send me more screws since this was a custom laptop. I have contacted Abi several times, he has not respoded to any messages or took any responsibility. I will be returning my original hard-drive to the real professional to see if I really needed a new hard-drive.
WOW Abi your entire responce is a complete LIE! First off, you said We? Your business is ran by you and you alone, no one else. Who are the other employers? My laptop is only 3 years old, fully customized, top of the line HP. THIS COMPUTER WAS NEVER DROPPED ON THE FLOOR! Did you see any physical damage to the body? NO! Reading your last two client responses, shows you're extremely rude and unprofessional. How dare you tell another client that she needs psychiatric help? As a business owner myself, I find it shocking! You are only hurting yourself! I have two witnesses that helped me return the laptop to you or get the correct charger because I left town for a MONTH. Why do I leave town? TO WORK! Rebember, you wanted to schedule an appointment at my Las Vegas business because you need major help? It took me weeks to learn my hard-drive was disconnect due to screws you didn't install because I LEAVE TOWN FOR WORK.
